Soja Martial Arts welcomes you, your family, and your friends to a memorable Birthday Experience! Please feel free to ask us questions ahead of time. We look forward to providing a memorable event for your child on their special day.
Soja provides the following items for this event:
1. (1 – 2) Trained kids martial arts instructors for the entirety of the event.
2. 3′ x 6′ table with tablecloth
3. trash cans and bags
4. kitchen area with some kitchen tools, microwave and standard sized kitchen refrigerator.
5. (6) chairs
6. Music system for ipod hook up and cds (only the instructor controls the stereo)
Eating / drinks / food policy: All food is provided by the renter. It can be served on the table then taken to the floor where they eat on a plastic tarp. Cake droppings are cleaned up by your team after eating then again at the end of the event after the kids have left. Usually takes about 15 minutes max with a couple of people and wet rags.
General Schedule for your birthday party: 1.5 hours of time
15 minutes of arrival / sign in
30 minutes of fun, structured martial arts class with age/skill appropriate martial techniques.
15 minutes of martial arts games
30 minutes of eating and leaving.
Arrival / End time. Client pays for 1.5 hours. Client is allowed to show up 15 minutes early and clean up 15 minutes after the rental time.
If any of the rented spaces (main floor, kitchen, bathroom) are left unclean for any reason there will be an additional cleaning fee of $90.
All participants need to sign a liability of waiver at the door. No child is allowed to participate in this birthday party without a parent or guardian filling out and signing the form. All participants will also sign a photo waiver as well as occasionally we use shots in future marketing campaigns.
Cost for the 2 hour space rental with the 2 trained instructors is $250, Soja members receive an automatic further discount.
