Join one of our adult classes for an empowering and energetic workout. Engage your body and learn to move in intelligent, natural ways. Our noncompetitive approach to martial arts and fitness program explores practices from different traditions, including T’ai Chi, Kung Fu, Silat, Systema, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kettlebells, Dance, and Yoga. We explore these practices from a holistic level, incorporating health, mindfulness, self-defense, and play. Practitioners of all ages, genders and experience levels will find encouragement and challenge as they work toward their goals
Our Kids program is based on fun, cooperative and challenging martial arts exercises and games. We bring structure to your child’s natural instinct to play as a means to explore and develop physical abilities. Through martial arts practice, children build confidence as they learn that they can be successful through their own efforts, and cooperatively with peers. Our kids classes are available 6 days a week.
Applied Self Defense
Soja’s self-defense program is principles based which means it’s practical, effective, and – most importantly—accessible to people of all skill levels, whether you’re a pro or have never taken a self-defense class before. Rather than relying on complex skills, we give you an understanding of how criminals think and the mental tools and easy-to-learn physical techniques you can use to protect yourself and those you love.
